Shenzhen Zhongke Jingcheng Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was incubated and established in 2013 under the guidance of the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as "SIAT"). The Company focuses on the innovative research, development, and industrialization of high-value consumables for orthopedics, neurosurgery, and stomatology.

The company’s core product—the nationally recognized innovative medical device, Bongolle® Magnesium-Containing Biodegradable Polymer Bone Repair Materials—is a major scientific achievement resulting from 15 years of dedicated research. It is led by Professor Qin Ling, Chief Scientist of JCMED, Foreign Member of the European Academy of Sciences, Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering, and professor at the Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, together with Researcher Lai Yuxiao, Deputy Director of the Institute of Biomedical and Health Engineering at the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology and Executive Director of the Center for Translational Medicine Research and Development, in collaboration with the scientific research team at JCMED. This innovative achievement fills a technological gap in the field of magnesium-based bone repair materials in China. It was granted special approval as an innovative medical device by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in 2018 and was officially approved for market launch by the NMPA in May 2025 (Registration No. NMPA 20253130952). Applications for FDA and CE certifications are being submitted concurrently. The product is dedicated to providing efficient and precise regenerative repair solutions for various pathological and traumatic bone defects.
